1. Well-organized wide network of regional representatives and distributors ILS has a network of regional representatives in major Russian cities (St. Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Novosibirsk, Yekaterinburg, Rostov-on-Don, Kazan, Krasnodar, Krasnoyarsk, Vladivostok). Representative offices are opened in Ukraine (Kiev) and in Central Asia (Almaty).
More than 80 dealers and distributors in various regions of Russia, CIS and Europe are the partners of ILS.
2. The high level of technical and engineering service and support to customers. ILS is licensed to perform technical service of the medical laboratory equipment. Five engineers that are employed in ILS undergo the special technical training and are certified by companies producing the equipment for technical services.
Sales specialists are highly qualified professionals who deal both with commercial issues and methodology support (installation and startup of new equipment and techniques in the laboratory of the customer).
3. Information and methodical support of the sales. One of the company activities is the organization of the scientific and practical conferences seminars and trainings. In November 2007 ILS organized and held the conference «Molecular Diagnostics 2007» that was attended by about 1000 specialists in molecular diagnostics.
ILS also organizes training courses in molecular diagnostics of infectious diseases for laboratory staff at the training center in Moscow in Central Research institute of Epidemiology and in regional training centers in St-Petersburg, Ekaterinburg and Kiev. In 2009 ILS is going to open training center in Almaty (Kazakhstan).
